This critical session will integrate discussions on economic and educational barriers with the evolving global frameworks on humanitarian aid, human rights, and the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) – Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) agenda, while confronting the alarming rise in femicide as a human rights crisis.
